Question 1 : How can i pay?

Answer : You can easily pay online using PayPal or any major Credit Cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club International, Discover, JCB and American Express.

 

Question 2 : How do you collect or take my measurement?

Answer : We have provided sizing options Small, Medium and Large. And for some of our custom made products like habesha dresses, which require specific size measurement, we have attached a clear DIY (Do it yourself) measurement guide which can be found under MEASUREMENT tab on each product detail page and also here.

 

Question 3 : What countries do you ship to?

Answer : We ship our products worldwide. To more than 150 countries.

 

Question 4 : What are my options for shipping?

Answer : DHL, FedEx, EMS and Free shipping.

 

Question 5 : How much does it cost shipping with DHL, FedEx and EMS?

Answer : You can see how much it will cost at the checkout page after you add the product in your cart.

 

Question 6 : How long will it take the product i bought to reach me?

Answer : Shipping takes 3 to 5 days if u choose DHL or FedEx and 3 to 10 days if you choose EMS. But it doesn't include the processing time!

 

Question 7 : What is Processing time?

Answer : For custom made orders, after we receive your order and receive a confirmation of your payment, your product will be processed from scratch because every product is made specific to the customer. The precise processing time is variable and dependent on many factors (e.g. item design, material and complexity). The average processing time is 2-4 weeks (approx.). However, more complicated items and/or larger orders can require more than 5 weeks (approx.) to fully process before shipping out. Your total satisfaction is important to us and we appreciate your patience.

 

Question 8 : Is there a way to track the shipment of products i bought?

Answer : Yes we will provide you a tracking number.
